I recently visited Gaku Ramen in Fort Collins, and overall, it was a decent experience! 🍜

The Chicken Shoyu ramen was flavorful, although I found the broth a bit oily. The gyoza was tasty, but served a bit cold. Service was quick initially, but they could improve on drink refills.

The ambiance is cozy and trendy, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. Just keep in mind, prices can add up quickly - our bill was around $73 for two entrees and cocktails!

Would love to return and try more menu items...!
