Fujiyama Sushi Bar is a gem in Portland! 🌟 The moment you walk in, the beautiful decor sets the perfect ambiance. I especially loved the Oregon roll and the salmon nigiri; both were fresh and beautifully presented.

Chef Timmy and his team clearly take pride in their craft! The service was friendly and attentive, making our meal feel special. One note: they automatically add an 18% tip for larger groups, which caught us by surprise. Still, worth every penny for the delightful experience! Can’t wait to return! 🍣
