Fuji Asian Bistro is a cozy spot nestled in the Dixie Manor Shopping Center that offers decent sushi and a welcoming staff. 🌟 My experience was mixed; the Spicy Salmon roll was delightful, ranking among the best I’ve had. The hibachi chicken and shrimp were satisfying, but the salad was overly sauced, leaning into a soup.

It would benefit from some ambiance - maybe a touch of music could uplift the atmosphere? The service was pleasant and attentive, though the interior needs a little TLC. Overall, it’s affordable and worth a visit for sushi lovers! 🍣
