Authentic Caribbean Kitchen is a delightful surprise tucked into a casual corner of Louisville! 🌴

My family and I dined here recently, diving into a tempting feast of oxtail, curry goat, jerk chicken, and beef patties. The flavors were vibrant and genuinely comforting! The mac and cheese and plantains complemented the meal beautifully, although I wished the plantains were a tad crispier.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, making our dining experience special, especially for our little one. It’s a cozy spot perfect for lunch or dinner. We’ll definitely be returning for more Caribbean goodness! 😋
