Fresh-Mex & Co. is a delightful spot in St. Johns Town Center, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. 🌮 The mahi tacos are a must-try - well seasoned and topped with fresh mango, making each bite a burst of flavors! The cocktails are equally impressive; my margarita paired wonderfully with their nachos, although they could have been served warmer.
Michael, our bartender, was super friendly and helped us navigate the drink specials. The atmosphere is casual, making it a great spot for families or groups. Just be aware that the food can vary in taste, but the fresh ingredients keep me coming back! I’ll certainly return for the happy hour specials! 🍹
