Yes! Love this little breakfast spot.
The rolls they use are amazing, people are super kind, and it's such a great vibe.
Also super reasonable prices.
Drip coffee and delicious egg sando was $14 with tip.

Cute find yesterday morning at Frankie and Essl’s.
It’s a breakfast restaurant with a variety of breakfast sandwiches.
The brioche bun is super fluffy and light.
Eggs are served with a runny yolk unless you specify differently.
Restaurant is small and they tend to get busy during breakfast and lunch hours.
Parking can be difficult.
The free parking lot is very small.
I guess an option could be to park in the southwest corner of Liberty Park and walk across the street.
Employees are friendly and helpful.
Restaurant is immaculately clean.

Who knew such a simple breakfast sandwich could be so good.
The sausage breakfast sandwich is elite.
You can tell that every part of the sandwich was carefully put together with quality ingredients.
From the soft and fluffy bread, the perfectly cooked over easy egg, and the sausage with a little bit of kick to it.
The sandwich was a perfect sized brunch and so the $10ish it costs.
Will be coming back.
