I stumbled upon Uinta Brewing Company while waiting for my flight, and it was a pleasant surprise! I ordered the knuckle sandwich and paired it with a refreshing local beer. The food arrived swiftly, and while the sandwich was decent, the unique beer selection truly stood out.

Admittedly, the QR code ordering system felt a bit odd, and I wasn't thrilled about tipping beforehand. Overall, it’s a nice casual spot near the airport for a quick bite and drink before traveling... 🍻
