If you're stuck at Salt Lake City International Airport, Wasatch Brew Pub is a great escape from standard airport fare. I popped in during a layover and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the food. I opted for the Colorado breakfast bowl, which was hearty and flavorful! The ambiance is casual, perfect for unwinding. Service from Ann Marie was top-tier - she was attentive without being intrusive. Perfect for solo dining or a quick bite before your flight! 🍻
