Frank & Lupe's Old Mexico is a delightful spot in Scottsdale! I recently joined friends for lunch on the patio, where bright decorations and a relaxed atmosphere set the scene. Their queso bean dip with chorizo is undeniably a highlight, bursting with flavor and perfect for sharing.
I indulged in the blue flautas, topped with guacamole and salsa, which were delicious. While the outdoor seating could get a bit windy at times, the friendly service and hearty portions made up for it. I can't wait to come back! 🌮
