I had dinner at Cobre Kitchen + Cocktails and truly enjoyed the experience. The $12 watermelon salad paired beautifully with the vibrant beet flavors, though I expected a bit more for the price. My partner and I loved the cozy ambiance, and our server Aidan was outstanding - attentive and friendly throughout our meal!
The craft cocktails were impressive, and the wine list had great options. Live music added a nice touch, making it perfect for a relaxed evening out. Definitely coming back for more! 🍹
