3rd and last time here as AZ locations just can’t match the consistency as the TX locations.
They don’t shred lettuce the same, meat patties not a flavorful, service is DEFINITELY not their strong suit at this location.
Doesn’t seem like anyone likes being there, no smiles when you’re greeted always glib, sad, detached.
I get it, it’s fast food.
I worked at McD, Baskin Robins, other entry level jobs and did my best to present a positive, upbeat attitude.
Here’s what I had.
The ONLY plus is the apple pies, however, all that needs to be done is drop it in oil, wait, pull and package.
LOOK at that garden salad in my burger.
LOL!

I had a terrible experience at this location because I ordered a junior Whataburger and the burger was thrown together very terrible.
The Patty itself was all torn up it even had a hole in it the mustard was piled on in a very messy way and the lettuce and onions were all jammed together on top of that it's a good thing that I open the burger to look at it before I decided to eat it which I never did.
There were not enough for freeze to fill up the small size bag that they came in and they were not fresh they were sitting there and they look burned.
The person who served this to me and the person who made this should be ashamed of themselves.

A good store, with good food, nice employees, good prices, and a clean store.
Pretty unnecessarily slow, taking 15 minutes for two burgers.
Random person selling tacky plastic light up trinkets in the lobby and parking lot was another negative.
Burgers were fine, maybe a smidge dry.
Employees were great, other than being slower than they should have been at 9:00 on a Wednesday night it was fine.
