I had high hopes for Firehouse Subs at St. Johns Town Center, but my recent visit was disappointing.

While their sandwiches are known for being tasty, our experience was marred by poor service. After a lengthy 20-minute wait, we were met with snappy responses from staff, which left us feeling unwelcome. 🍽️

The cleanliness of the restroom was also a concern, adding to the overall frustration. It's unfortunate, as I've enjoyed their subs in the past, but I might just give this location a break for now...
