FinBomb Sushi Burrito Pokè Ramen is a gem in Baton Rouge! 🌟 I tried the F-Bomb burrito with tuna and salmon, and it was bursting with flavor thanks to the crunchy wonton strips. The Sumo poke bowl was fresh, though I opted for rice, which felt a bit heavy - next time, I’ll go for the lettuce base.
The sweet Asian vinaigrette was a standout, but I’d love to see more thicker sauces.
Dessert was the best part! The mochi ice cream was heavenly with a rich brownie base. Can’t wait to return and try the key lime pie! Lastly, the staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend
