I ended up doing the jalapeño sausage this time.
I definitely recommend it.
This is the first time I have been to one of these places.
My first impression was that it had a good atmosphere.
It wasn't very busy but we went after lunch.
I had the brisket and ribs with garlic mash potatoes.
If you are a brisket lover like me, I would recommend not doing it here.
It was alright, but their ribs were great.
It's probably the better ribs I've had at a chain restaurant.
Now both my wife and I could have eaten 4 or 5 of the muffins.
I really should have looked to see if they sold them separately before I left.
They had some good sauce options as well.
Overall I would go back and do plenty of ribs.

Pretty good joint.
I have been a fan of the sauces for my ribs.
My wife had a killer chicken ceaser salad.
The corn bread muffins are sweeter than mine.
Cheese curds with sauce are nice.
Service was quick and friendly.
