Great location but I feel like quality has decreased in the past few years.
This past time I went, I ordered my usual bone marrow burger.
Good burger but the salad was pretty sad.
It looked like the chef gathered what he was trying to get rid of, cut it up, and added it to the salad.
The truffle fries were pretty good.
I like that the cheese sauce is on the side so fries don’t get soggy.
The short rib was good too flavor wise.
For texture though, it was monotonous.
It’s a braised piece of beef which is soft on top of soft red peppers and soft spinach.
It needed something with texture and some acidity too.
The Gingerbread cocktail was cute but didn’t really stand out to me.
I like the gingerbread man ice but nothing made the drink special.
It tasted good but it could’ve been any old-fashioned.
Service was eh.
Our waiter was not mean but he wasn’t the friendliest.
I feel like when you’re in hospitality, you gotta turn it up even if you don’t feel like being there.

Amazing burgers especially bison and everything on happy hour was great include the Brussels and green beans, cauliflower and artichoke dip.
It’s 6th street so good luck on parking.

David thank you so much for your wonderful service, you made our first day in Austin amazing, the food was good, the Tito's moscow mule was delicious, my husband's dirty vodka martini also very good.
The chocolate volcano cake was not great, but is personal preference.
But what made it great was David he asked how was everything and made us feel we could be honest.
Super friendly, we would go back definitely
