Encanto Market & Cocina truly shines as a brand-new gem in Pleasant Grove! 🌟 The breakfast tacos are a must-try - freshly made with lean barbacoa that bursts with flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by their homemade fruit ice cream; the mango flavor was simply divine and didn’t feel overly sweet.
The warmth of the staff and the immaculate kitchen made my visit even better. Although seating is limited, the inviting atmosphere makes it a delightful spot for breakfast or lunch. Plus, those aguas frescas? Refreshing! 🍹 Can't wait to return soon!
