Elway's at Denver International Airport is a surprising gem for airport dining! 🌟

I stopped in for breakfast and had the Denver Omelet, which was tasty, despite being smaller than I expected. The cubed potatoes were warm and inviting, and the biscuit, served with real butter and blackberry jam, was a delightful touch.

Bobby, my server, was fantastic - attentive and friendly even during a busy morning rush! It may be a bit pricier than typical airport fare, but considering the quality and service, it’s worth it for a solid sit-down meal during a layover. 🍳✈️
