Elio was booked for my birthday dinner on our last night in Rome.The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive.They offered suggestions and opinions when asked about dishes.The ambiance was peaceful and beautiful.The food was delicious, as were the cocktails.Would happily go back if I ever visited Rome again, and would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Rome
We visited Elio for a meal and they were so accommodating! Our Italian is limited but the waiter Fabrizio was so good at looking after us, including helping us with my husbands allergies and being very attentive to our, rather tired from the sun, 2.5yo. The food was incredible, the atmosphere really nice with lovely lemon tree decor outside but cool because of the fans.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the manager Gabriele was checking in on the guests the whole time too with a friendly and welcoming manner. A really lovely meal in a great location.Glad we stumbled upon it.
I had dinner three times here while staying for a bit over a week at The Hoxton Rome.Everything was between good and quite good, but nothing really stood out as a “wow” as other Hoxton restaurants have, like Cabra at Hoxton Los Angeles or Chet’s at Hoxton London.Service was fine, and ambiance was great like in all their properties.I mainly came back more times out of convenience.
