I recently visited El Trompo Loco, and it was a mixed bag! The atmosphere felt a bit off - I expected more life and energy.
I tried the birria tacos 🌮, but they left me wanting. The corn tortillas weren’t crispy enough for my taste, and the meat was a tad tough. The steak burrito was filled with rice, lacking the flavor punch I hoped for.
However, the service was friendly, and they offer outdoor seating, which is nice! Just be prepared for a slightly higher bill than expected. I might give it another shot, but I’m cautious... 🌮✨
