September 30, 2024El Palenque Mexican Restaurant in Lakewood Forest is a true gem! 🌟 The homemade salsa is a must-try - it's flavorful without being too spicy, and those warm chips are perfect for dipping. I went for the Tacos a la Plancha, which are stuffed to perfection with shredded meat and cheese, and the taco holder keeps everything nice and crispy.
The atmosphere is cozy and family-friendly, making it a great place for groups. Even though our service was a bit slow during a busy lunch, the friendly staff made up for it! Can’t wait to go back for more tacos and their refreshing margaritas! 🍹
