Visiting from out of state.
The food was really good, not your typical heavy Mexican food, just really good.
Plus great friendly service.

Food is average, salsa was good but had zero spice.
Service was extremely slow, to the point we almost left before our food arrived.
Most flavors were standard, nothing special.

Someone we trust recommended this Mexican restaurant to us.
So we went.
The outside looks run down and had trash in front bushes.
The atmosphere wasn't festive or colorful as is typically the case in Mexican restaurants.
We ordered the lunch special.
They were prompt with the service.
Bringing chips and salsa out.
But the salsa was mediocre.
It tasted like tomato sauce out of a can with cilantro added.
No real flavor.
The enchiladas were tough.
Difficult to cut and the chicken was flavorless and dry.
We are from AZ where Mexican food is El primo.
So this was not only disappointing but a waste of our money.
If you want authentic Mexican flavored food Do Not come here!
