El Charro Mexican Restaurant is a cozy gem in Eugene! 🌮 The vibrant decor set a festive mood, and although the service was a bit slow during my visit - just one waiter for a Saturday - I found the staff friendly.

I enjoyed the taco and enchilada plate, bursting with fresh flavors, and the chips & salsa were plentiful and addictive! The highlight was the Choco Flan; I’ve never had it before, and it was absolutely delightful.

While I might not rush back, it’s a solid option for a casual meal. Give it a try if you’re in the area! 😊
