El Burrito Loco

Worst burritos I've ever had.
We had ground beef and never got what we ordered in them.
They were so soggy and had no flavor.
I used to really like this place but the last 3 times I've ordered has been awful.
Shame on me for trying them the 3rd time.
The beans tasted old and the rice had no flavor.
Really poor management there or something now.

Do not come here for tacos.
Somehow 3 tacos and side of fries costs $20.
And when they give you rice instead of fries, they won't refund you the price difference or even offer an apology for trying to overcharge you for the wrong food.
This place is crazy.
Just go to El molcajete.

Is this your first time replying to an internet review? You had another opportunity to apologize to me and somehow didn't take it.
No, I'm not going to follow orders from you and follow your link.
You can't give me my time back and the point of my review is not to get my $ back, I agreed to pay it when I handed my card over.
The point of the review is to give my opinion and warn other people not to come here, get overcharged, then get the wrong food and wait an extra ten minutes while nobody looks at you or acts like you exist.
There are so many good taco places in the Crest Hill/Joliet area that deserve our hard earned money.

This was my second visit (with years in between these 2 visits only because it is not my usual travel direction) when eating out.
I ordered their large quesadilla with chicken.
I had leftovers to enjoy the next day.
Their atmosphere is a very simple decor.
I liked these two donkey paintings hanging inside their restaurant.
