Food takes forever even if you order ahead of time.When I finally received my order and got home to eat it I find that the croissant is moldy on my sandwich.Absolutely disgusting, such a waste of money and very dangerous as someone could get sick.Contacted Burger King but was not able to receive and kind of help
Staff is ignorant.Cashier does not know how to put an order in. My brother went in to order himself something and I asked him to get e a sausage biscuit. What did I get in the bag when we got home? A sausage, egg and cheese biscuit.Went back there and the girl blamed my brother for ordering wrong. He knows I cannot eat eggs or cheese due to allergies so I know it wasn’t his fault .He said the girl was having a hard time with operating the register.I got the money back and went to McDonald’s where they got my order correct. Manager on duty was ignorant too.Place was dingy inside.Will never return.
The food is always made to order at this location.I know this because not only am I a frequent customer, but I also worked here in the past.Most fast food restaurants don't make their food to order (fresh).The employees here work hard and they do a damn good job 💪👍.
