Eggstasy is a delightful gem nestled in the Shops at Norterra!

I visited for brunch and was blown away by the Incredible Omelette - packed with flavor and paired perfectly with biscuit and gravy. The pecan pie pancakes felt like dessert without being overly sweet.

The outdoor seating creates a cozy vibe, but I wish they’d add heaters for those chilly mornings. Service was attentive and fast, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
