Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican is a vibrant gem in Happy Valley! 🌮 The sweet pork is a must-try; it’s savory and melts in your mouth. I loved that they make the tortillas fresh right in front of you - there's truly nothing like that warm, buttery goodness.

The only downside? I wish the kids' menu had more variety beyond quesadillas. Overall, a fantastic spot for a quick and delicious family meal! Can’t wait to come back and enjoy more of that cheesy queso with homemade chips! 😋✨
