We normally go to this establishment.
Ordered a Stromboli and came back home.
We both tasted it and it was beyond terrible.
The dough tasted like it was old and not that good.
I called to speak to the manager.
Someone answered and put me on hold forever.
She came back to the phone and asked me to call back between 9-11 tomorrow and banged the phone on me.
This is unacceptable.
I won’t go here anymore the food tasted terrible and the service is horrible.

Customers need to stop supporting this business.
Customer service is absolutely terrible.
Girls who answer the phones are unprofessional, actually flat out rude.
They got my order wrong, found it was their fault and they refused to correct the order.
Instead they offered a 10% discount on a future order.
As though I would ever return.
No refund, and did not correct order.
Stop giving them business.

I used to go to Ed’s twice per week! They used to be so good.
I moved away and came back to Philly and returned to Ed’s, the food was GROSS.
The cheesesteak was soggy and tasteless, the wings were over priced and awful.
Everyone was rude, I’ll just have to find a new pizza spot
