Edgar's Bakery in Huntsville has a cozy vibe that makes it a perfect spot for a relaxing brunch. 🌞 I tried the spicy eggavo sandwich, and it was delightful - egg, cheese, and avocado on a thin jalapeño bread! 🔥

While my friend enjoyed her cheddar biscuit, I found my veggie bowl lacked seasoning - it could have used a bit more flavor.

Desserts seem to be the star here, especially their famed strawberry cake, which I'll definitely try next time. A bit hit or miss, but overall, worth visiting for the atmosphere and those tempting sweets! 🍰✨
