Everything was phenomenal! Server Ben B is a GEM of a human! So amazing, customer oriented, knowledgeable about all different menu items, and humble and kind. The food was incredible! Parmesan grits were amazing, cheese grits, medium steak, waffle, livermush.Even the sweet tea was true southern tea!!! Awesome quaint atmosphere! All around perfect spot! Charlotte city staple!
Enjoyed eating here. The restaurant was clean and had some tvs, but wasn't intrusive. We actually came to try the she-crab soup, and it was worth it. The fried pickles and pot stickers were okay. The shrimp and grits were very creamy and delicious, and the Cajun pasta was also delicious.The shrimp and noodles were good but was very runny. Everyone was super nice.
As always, Excellent freshly prepared food👍 This is one of Charlotte’s great long time establishments, a true “locals place” for all day breakfast🍳, lunch🍔 or dinner🍸🥩. They have an awesome attentive staff & great daily menu specials. Eddie’s has a great lunch crowd around 12 to 2, so plan on a 5-10 minute wait sometimes.
