September 12, 2024I've been a loyal Dunkin' customer for years, but my latest visit at the Nashville location was quite the rollercoaster.
I craved their caramel iced coffee and a strawberry dragonfruit refresher but faced a chaotic drive-thru line. After ordering, they were out of coconut milk, so I switched to almond milk. Upon payment, an incorrect order left me frustrated. The staff were overwhelmed and it showed.
Despite the hiccups, their coffee still hits the spot! ☕ Just be prepared for a bit of a wait... and some strong personalities behind the counter! 😅
