We stopped here this morning while visiting our daughter and fiancee.Arrived early morning and side door was locked.The head worker who was the manager, I believe, unlocked the door & let us in.Fresh doughnuts weren't even loaded in the front case but he assured me they were ready and took our order to go.Super kind and fast service! On the way back to our vehicle, I accidentally dumped my large coffee everywhere on the floor of the vehicle.I Had to go back inside, he came to let me back in the store & replaced my spilled coffee for FREE.I was very grateful.This is a newer Dunkin location but I highly recommend going there.FRESHEST Doughnuts We have had in a very long time and Their coffee was perfect!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Their staff is outstanding & friendly & accommodating.We will definitely be back! Thank you.This Dunkin is on the 800 block of North Raynor Ave.In Joliet, Illinois!
Just order a capuchino and it tastes like burnt coffee Not good at all I paid 16.For coffee and a breakfast sandwich Capuchino was not worth it I'm sticking to Panera Bread it is cheaper and better
Cute new Dunkin’ in town! My praises go out to the staff, many if not all which seem to be youth.Their hard work, keeping it fun and good customer experience did not go unnoticed.
