I recently dined at Doña Carmen's Restaurant #2 in Brownsville, and I was pleasantly surprised! 🌟

The Machacado con Huevos plate was fantastic - flavors bursting with every bite. The barbacoa was impeccably tender, paired perfectly with their warm, tasty flour tortillas. Don't even get me started on the flaming hot habanero salsa - it had a nice kick while maintaining flavor.

The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, with friendly staff who made sure my coffee cup was never empty.

With an assorted menu, I can’t wait to go back and try their seafood platters next time! Highly recommend! 🌮
