Doña Carmen Pupuseria in Mansfield is a delightful find! 🌟 I visited for lunch and started with the chicken tamale - enormous and stuffed with delicious chicken and potatoes. I followed it up with the parrillada, a luscious mix of grilled chicken, beef, shrimp, sausages, rice, beans, and tortillas for just $20.

The atmosphere is colorful and cheerful, perfect for casual dining. Service was quick and friendly, even though our server could have been a bit warmer. Overall, a fantastic spot for authentic Salvadoran flavors - I’ll definitely be back! 😊
