Don Rudy's KC is a hidden gem! 🌟 I stopped by their vibrant food truck for a birria burrito and was blown away by the flavor! The fresh tortilla paired perfectly with the tender meat, beans, and rice. I also tried the steak quesadilla, which was moist and perfectly seasoned.

The service was quick, and the staff was super friendly - shoutout for keeping my wallet safe! I even ordered the menudo via DoorDash when I was sick, and it was a true comfort food delight, filled to the brim with flavor.
