Don Carbon is a delightful gem in El Paso! 🌟 The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for family outings or solo lunches. On my visit, I dove into their chicken plate and was blown away by the well-cooked, juicy chicken paired with crispy fries and delicious frijoles charros.

Their tres leches cake was the perfect sweet ending! I also appreciated their military discount and friendly service. The staff kept the place nice and clean, ensuring a comfortable experience. Just be aware of potential wait times for food - it’s worth it! Can’t wait to go back! 🌮🤤
