Went here on a weekday evening without reservation and got a table right away.Service is quick and food is delicious, can highly recommend General Tso’s chicken and the palace dimsum platter if you are in the mood to try out a little bit of everything.
OK...so right off the bat, the General Tso is the best I've had.The servers were pleasant and courteous. The space is a bit on the smaller side with limited seating.
Overall, above average for a daily Chinese lunch restaurant.Below average for a fancy Chinese restaurant.I was I can't tell if this place is a neighborhood, Chinese place or a fancy place- it seems to have a split identity. The original interior design is nice and the mute menu looks elegant, however, the place feels cluttered. The hot sour soup was above average with lots of fillings including some noodles in it. The har kao (shrimp dumpling) was large and fresh. The skin was a bit thick and chewy but not too bad.Overall much above average. The shrimp and broccoli was about average. The broccoli pieces were way too big, apparently someone in the kitchen didn't want to spend a lot of time cutting. The shrimp was very small. The sauce was light almost as if I had steamed broccoli with steamed shrimp and a little sauce over it.
