Dema Restaurant has quickly become my favorite dining spot in Rome! The "Tartare di ombrina con avocado e riso nero venere" was an exquisite delight, perfectly balanced in flavor. The casual yet romantic ambiance makes it a great choice for families or a night out. I appreciated the attentive service from the staff, who truly made me feel welcomed. Plus, the outdoor seating is fantastic for enjoying the beautiful evenings. Don’t forget to try their cocktails - absolutely worth it! 🍽️
