Enjoyed a really good dinner here tonight. I opted for the cacio e Pepe whilst mum got a Napoli pizza. The pasta was cooked perfectly with the right amount of al dente.The cheese and pepper flavour was not overpowering but had enough to taste. The pizza was also great, with the right amounts of cheese and salty anchovies. We had a glass of wine each and some croquettes. The lovely wait staff presented us with a complimentary dessert pie also. Overall we were very pleased with our meal. The venue is small with a rustic vibe, there were about 6 or 7 other people in the restaurant. The service was really lovely and we appreciated the staff speaking to us in English. Glad we stumbled across this place, the good reviews are correct!
Super friendly staff and amazing food! You can tell how much they care in how they treat you here.Farther away from Rome, it's a nice and easy spot to grab a bite to eat.Excellent pasta, well-made pizza and great portion sizes. They even gave us a free portion of desserts, and I'm not even sure if it's on the menu! I highly recommend to try this place at least once during your trip!!!
We came here after the Vatican City tour.Food was good but the lasagne just nailed it for us.It was one of the best lasagnes we’ve ever had.We also had the most lovely waitress and warm service.When we were there, it was only locals who came in and out.Highly recommend for a casual, easy comfort food meal!
