Del Sol Taqueria is a cozy gem in Round Rock! 🌮 I stopped by for breakfast and was delighted by their killer breakfast tacos - perfectly seasoned with a variety of fillings. The migas platter was a standout, with vibrant flavors that kicked off my day right.

While the atmosphere is relaxed, the service was impressively fast, which I appreciated! The complimentary homemade tortillas paired perfectly with the salsa verde.

Just to note, parking was easy with plenty of space available. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu! 🌟
