I recently visited KFC on W Palm Valley Blvd and, unfortunately, my experience fell short. The service was incredibly disheartening. I witnessed a young employee trying his best, but he was overshadowed by a rude manager who displayed a lack of professionalism.

My order was also incorrect, and when I asked for help, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Overall, the food was average at best, and the chicken could have been cooked better. I hope they can turn things around... 🌟
