De Rican Chef in Virginia Beach is a vibrant gem! 🌟 The atmosphere is lively, drawing you into a delightful Latino experience. While the rice was a touch dry, the pernil burst with incredible flavors, making every bite worthwhile.

The mofongo and guisado were also standouts, alongside the best morsillas I’ve ever tasted! The margaritas? Simply amazing! Although the restroom could use some TLC, the delicious food and kind service more than made up for it. If you're nearby, definitely stop by for a filling meal... you’ll want to take a nap afterward! 😄
