Visiting Louisville, my family and I went here before a basketball game for dinner.
They opened promptly at 4 PM and we immediately were greeted by one of the most professional hostesses we have ever encountered.
She gave us menus, informed us of specials, and really set the tone for an elevated dining experience.
The spirit of excellence continued throughout our visit.
Our amazing waitress was personable and knowledgeable, and the staff manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was going well and invite us to R&B Bingo which had we had more time would have been so fun! The food was delicious.
I had the short rib which was tender and flavorful.
A bit envious of the chicken wings and chicken salad as both looked amazing as well.
But the caramel cake was top tier goodness that I thought about my whole time there! When we return to Louisville, we will be returning to Dasha Barbour’s!

Well, I usually have a lot to say on my reviews, but I have absolutely nothing.
I brought so many items.
From the greens, wings, dip, marry me chicken, sweet potato casserole salmon Rasta Pasta..
the drinks..
absolutely everything was beyond good.
I don't come home often, but when I do, this will be my forever spot! Kudos to the cook.
And the service was top tier.

Catfish grits, salmon bite, baked macaroni and cheese, marry me chicken.
I don't recommend getting the Mac ans cheese and the marry me chicken.
You barely had noodles in the Mac and you receive have a breast for the marry me chicken.
That's not worth $23-$25.
Catfish and salmon ere fried well, I just didn't care for the cornmeal crust that is used, it tasted gritty.
