The service was extremely fast.
Their ice cream/shake machine was up and running, and most important of all they clean the ice cream machine EVERY night.
I was personally told by two McDonald's employees that they do not clean theirs every night.

Just wanted to recognize the staff working at this location....
always courteous, but also very kind.
On this day witnessed their patient assistance with a couple of seniors, then their kindness to someone down on their luck.
We may never know the impact our actions have on others, but acts of kindness have a rippling effect...

I brought in a copy of the ad I got in the mail a few blocks away from this location, that said there was a $7 meal deal "Any day, any time" on Friday at 5:30pm.
They said their location doesn't honor that deal.
The couple behind me came in asking for the same thing and were told the same, even though we both had the ad in hand. I would have left but I was there with my hungry child.
I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was flavorless and tasted like it was microwaved.
Awful.
Ordered a chocolate blizzard as well and the "chocolate" wasn't mixed down to the bottom of the vanilla and the top still had strawberry syrup on it.
Got a dipped cone for my daughter and Jordan just set it on the counter instead of bringing it to our table.
We got it immediately and it was runny and flat.
She had been excited by the picture and it was a total bummer. I would have done a customer feedback survey but Jordan crumpled up my receipt before I could ask for it. Signage and lighting around the menu is awful, I could hardly read what it said! Playlist was good.
