Fast food restaurant, Ice cream shop
Pulled to the drive thru speaker and waited several minutes without being greeted or asked to hold.I just wanted to order ice cream.Sassy man on second shift needs to go.Pathetic customer service .-a GM of another local restaurant

Ordered 2 blizzards online at 7:08 PM.Got to resturaunt at 7:15.Could not walk inside.Doors were locked.8 cars waiting at the drive thru.Took 12 minutes to get to order speaker.Told them I had a mobile order and was told to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out.4 minutes later someone brought it out.Left resturaunt at 7:32 PM.If I hadn't paid for it when I ordered I would not had waited.

Every time I’m in the drive trough at night the girl who works the window likes to not hand you you’re whole order and cuts you off before you can even say anything .Don’t try to ask her anything either major inconvenience
