I recently dined at CURED Restaurant & Salumeria in Louisville, and what a treat it was! The cozy ambiance sets the stage for a memorable meal. We started with the charcuterie board, a delightful assortment that paired perfectly with a refreshing lavender gin and tonic.

For my main course, the dry-aged 12oz ribeye was hands down one of the best steaks I've ever had! The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring we felt right at home. Highly recommend for a warm atmosphere and delicious food - can't wait to return! 🍽️✨
