Culver’s

I am so excited that the new Culver's location is open!! After noticing how packed the drive thru was, I decided to park and order takeout at the counter.
An employee greeted me and another customer at the door, and he held both doors open for us! Indoors, I was greeted by three cashiers with no lines, and placed my order (A Deluxe Butter Burger basket, $12.95).
After getting my drink from the fountain, I walked around the dining room and noticed some pretty nice features - including multi-input power plugs! The dining room was nearly full, but was kept clean and orderly -- impressive for an opening week.
My order was ready within minutes and I was on my way. All in all, I was in and out in less than four minutes! I received great service, and tasty and HOT food made to order. While I can see that others who have reviewed this restaurant have experienced a few mishaps, please know these things happen while new restaurants work out the kinks.
Try practicing some patience with these new employees! Many times, if you're a kind and decent person, you can request the restaurant to remake (or refund) your food no questions asked.
I hope those checking reviews are not deterred by a few negative reviews!

2nd day of operation, this was a Friday. Went for takeout at a little past 2 pm and drive through was about 7 cars long when I went in and still had cars lined went I came out. Considering it was 2pm, the restaurant was about near full and there were constant in and out customers. Got my favorite Mushroom and Swiss to-go and the day's Really Reese's ice cream. The wait for my takeout was about 15 minutes, but, could be forgiven as growing pains coupled with high volume customers. The restaurant is exactly the Culver's look except smaller than the other one on Buckley Rd.. Service was 👍, as I have expected and experienced from Culver's. Hope this continues just like how service has always been top-notch in the other Buckley branch. Thank you, Culver's for shortening my drive to have your delicious food.

I love Culver’s, but this time they gave me the wrong order, so I was quite disappointed.
I called the restaurant and they were kind enough to send vouchers for my next visit, so I appreciate their understanding.
