CoCo Ichibanya in San Diego is a delightful gem for Japanese curry lovers! 🌟 I ordered the chicken katsu curry and beef katsu udon, both dishes bursting with flavor. The variety in spice levels is impressive; I opted for a level 4 spice, which was just the right touch without overwhelming the dish.
The atmosphere is cozy and casual, perfect for families or solo diners. Don't skip the flan-like pudding for dessert - it's the ideal finish, not overly sweet!
Arrive early to avoid the lunch rush, but it's definitely worth the wait. I can't wait to come back! 🍛🥢
