City Market Food Hall at Kansas City International Airport is a mixed bag. While the atmosphere is casual and inviting, the food quality leaves much to be desired.

I tried the brisket breakfast burrito and it was incredible - packed with flavor and just the right ingredients. However, my experience was dampened by the undercooked buffalo pizza and a lackluster Taste of Brazil salad that missed the chicken I ordered.

Kudos to Amanda for her hard work amidst the chaos, but the staffing issues need addressing. With an impressive beer selection and quick service, there’s potential here - just hope for better food on your visit! 🍻
