Citizen Rail is a delightful gem in Denver! 🌟 I stopped by for brunch and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Egg in the Hole, with perfectly poached eggs, fried eggplant, prosciutto, and pesto. It was innovative and beautifully plated!
