Usually at this establishment I would give 5 stars.
The service when trying to get a pizza made was terrible the ladies just stood there laughing,talking and ignored me then when I was finally acknowledge and put the order in I waited 30 minutes for them to make my pizza and the buzzer never went off.
Went up to the counter and the pizza was never made.
Hire better employees

The pizza was hot & very delicious! The desserts were tasty as well.
The restaurant was clean.
One patron continually coughed making several guests feel uneasy.

The only good thing was the breadsticks, and they never refilled them lol.
Most of the employees were on their phones the entire time we were there.
They had sections of the floor lined off, which is fine if it's closer to closing time, but at 5 o'clock for dinner? It felt like cafeteria food....in an overcrowded cafeteria.
Glad we tried it, but we probably won't be back.
